BAD Service from WEB- AFRICA

Trust that all is well.

Web africa has been our internet service since fiber was activated in our area. In the beginning we had no problems with the Fibre. But lately we had some bad experience now for the past 3 months, the service we received from some of there agents is like never mind. We are currently working from home and everytime we log a complaint they just keep on telling us the same thing. THEY SORRY. Yes we do understand things like this will occur but it's becoming a constant problem for us now. I would just like to know how are they planning on compensating us now for the lost of this day. It's really not cool. Please advise!
