Bad service from Web Africa

Router faulty and zero resolve from Web Africa. Contacted via mail on the 23rd March and received mail from Yolanda Mseleni on 1st April with basic troubleshooting guide. Did not work and informed Yolanda via mail on the 1st April. Now 5 days later no communication from Web Africa on how to resolve this issue.
