Bad service from WBAFRICA

I've spent 5 hours waiting on Thier Chatline to update my network after making payment 3 days before due date. When eventually assisted and forward all relevant pop get told it will take 24 to 48 hrs to connect......had previous problems with a network signal and have to wait hours on Chatline to get help ....has become the worst Network company
