Bad service from agent Kgotso M

I've sent a request to cancel my service on 31 March 2023. I've sent it on 8 Feb 2023. I thought. All I need is a response to say that they've received it. I'm chatting to Kgotso M, all this person is telling me is that we're on live chat . She cannot tell me when someone will answer me, She gives me an address in Montague gardens and tell nr which has got nothing to do with Webafrica, so ***********, sis Webafrica, is there no one that can answer me at least.
