Bad service for Webafrica

Terrible service from Webafrica. I was a happy client there were no issues.But since they have migrated over to Telkom my account is in a big mess and I can't seem to get it resolved.In February they said they were migrating from Celc to Telkom so I needed to order an new simcard.I received my simcard and start using it.They said the celc package would be cancelled,it wasn't.They then ordered a another Telkom simcard,which I asked them to cancel so they went and cancelled the simcard I am using.Instead of the dupilcate order.So I'm struggling with the call centre to get it resolved.I really want to move to another Isp.Based on my experience,I highly recommend people not to do buisiness with Webafrica.It was fine when they were with Celc with Telkom and you can't get proper usage updates.
