Bad service

I am rating this company 1 only because there isn't anything lower to rate them. I have paid for their services but to date all they have done was connect the router and no internet service whatsoever. I wish they would just give me my money back but they don't want to hear anything about refund I don't know why though cos they don't deliver the service I paid for I have complained but their WhatsApp chatbot is of no use whatsoever.. So I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER..
