Bad service

This is by far the worst company! Pathetic service from vuma, I paid for services on the 26th Aug and they didn’t activate my WiFi, requested for a refund on the 29th Aug and that they cancel the fibre due to their very bad service. Till date i have not received my refund and the chat agents are pretty useless when following up with my matter, reference i got from the agent who said was logging the refund is *** I need my refund asap
