Bad Service

I paid my subscription and it's more than 12 hrs having not being connected even after the Agent by the name of Sive said it should be connected immediately after payment had reflected. 12hrs later agent Lyden tells me a different story that it will take 48hrs for reconnection. I'm being charged a full subscription but I must wait for days to be reconnected. People should worry about the way WebAfrica conducts business
