Bad Service !!!

Is been almost 2 weeks after summiting application and paid R250

I submitted my RICA documents using the link last week. I also spoke to an agent via chat, who asked me to send the documents again, which I did.

I then called on Friday and was told that the RICA process would be completed by Monday.

I’m now confused because I keep receiving the same feedback every time I follow up.

I asked them to cancel my order and now the refund process is a hustle
