Bad service ever

On monday 31 i received a call for webafrica checking how is my network, which i felt it was good. I requested the lady who was helping me that i need to upgrade i was told she sending request someone will contact me .After an hour my internet was down i cant work , i called their contact center no answer. I went to live chat i was told my service has been canceled must wait till the 4th of February so i must not work till then. Im so frustrated no one want to help me , u call them u will hold for an hour without respond
