Bad service ever

I've actually subscribed for their fiber services in the past the t 5days I actually spoke to one of the agent by the name of Jasconia she actually advisesed that I will get the internet reconnection with in 48hrs it's been more than 72hrs with no connection, I tried to make a follow up with them this morning Agentlemen by the of Thomas advisesld that I will get connection with in 14 days while I Will be unproductive and inefficiency at work

They don't care about their clients they only care for our monies.
