Bad service Ever

Biggest mistake moving over to this service provider. We ordered wifi on the 14th and they say its activated but the router said there is no internet connection. Their numbers don't work. Watsapp its so useless cause they say they putting you through to support to help you and they never get back to you. We have been without wifi to date and its so frustrating. I see most people are complaining here and I should have came here first before going to them.
