Bad Service

Sometime in February I attempted to get Vodacom fibre through Webafrica. On the website, I was told not to pay anything but left my details. I waited and waited, when following up, I was told they waiting for feedback from vodacom so I didnt really know what was going on with my order. I eventually got fibre elsewhere. Next thing I know, I get a debit order of R2925 for a product I never received. I have been liasing with Webafrica all week last week, but I still have not been refunded. I am not happy with the service overall and my persnal life has been affected by this delayed refund which is terrible service and really unfair. I need my money back, could someone in higher management please contact me regarding this matter.
