Bad service

Bad customer service. They keep you waiting for more than 2 hours to get help to fix your router. But when they want you to pay they're quick to reply to your text, but when you need their help they will refer you from 1 agent to the other. It's almost 2 hours now since I have contacted them. I haven't received any help but referrals
