BAD SERVICE, ****** DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

I requested a refund on 2nd February 2023, I was told the refund would be done in 10 working days. After 20 working days, I contacted your services and was told I would have to wait 2 months for the refund. I waited 2 months, on the 12th of April 2023 I contacted your services again and was informed the refund was made the 15th february and would take 21days to be available in my account. I was then informed it would take 48 hours. Now im being advised I have to wait another 2 months and I have to pay vuma why do i have to pay vuma for what? how the devil can I wait another 2 months
