Bad Service (delayed order)

Bad service ever... I have ordered a new router with the Telkom sim on the 13 September and paid the deliver fee and till today I have not received the new router and sim.. I have been emailing their support team and even called 3 times and have been promised my order will be delivered within 3-5 days and it’s almost a month still no router and sim, just emails that my rica has been approved which it’s something that was done and approved on the 13 September... I am annoyed with the service it’s pathetic and unfair..
