Bad service. Debiting my account like crazy

Moved home, and they have been debiting my account like crazy ,4 times within the 4 x weeks and its in excess off R2000 including the old one that says cancelled but they still charging me for. Tried their chat consultants but they seem to get lost in translation and the ones that say it wont get debited , here i am still losing money. So frustrating the accounting chat people are inadequate unfortunately. Going to have to put a stop order and find another service provider if they cant reverse this . Your accounting department need to TELEPHONICALLY OVER VOICE CALL ON *** EXPLAIN WHY SO MANY DEBITS AND THE OLD CANCELLED AMLUNT STILL BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
