Bad service

On the 30th of November I made a payment using online customer portal and I was unaware that my WiFi was Terminated...I requested refund and I was told that they placed a new order for me but that Same order has been canceled ,tried to reach Vumatel but I didn't get any assistance... All I want it's my refund I want nothing with their business anymore 😪...Agents are just lazy to do their work it's been a week now ,no one has contacted me or get any feedback 😕
