BAD SERVICE

I've had the worst experience with web Africa. After some time looking for the suitable internet provider i came across web Africa which at the time i thought was reasonable. I registered with the and paid the registration fee of R250. The router was delivered to me however no installation was ever done. I called them and was sent from pillar to post. If not that the line just does not go through if i was lucky to get hold of someone a new ticket will be opened and it ends there. I eventually gave up. months later i received an email to make arrangements to deliver the router, I tried to call them about the query , no luck the number just does not go through. Today 25.03.2025 im issued with a letter from their legal department to pay R1000 for which nonpayment will result to a bed credit record. Bare on mind there was no fillow up call after to make sure that im connected and the wifi is working properly. DO NOT USE WEB AFRICA
