Bad service

If it was possible i was going to rate them 0. I made a payment to web africa on 21 December 2022 they told me that a vumatel agent will come to assist me but the agent came and told me that I must log a call for a 2nd line installation, I logged that call and they said vumatel will assist me within 48hrs but now but a guy by the name of Thapelo b sent me a message and told me that I must wait 1-2 weeks for vumatel to assist me with 2nd line installation but it's not guaranteed. I'm sooo upset because i canceled with the service provider that I was using because of vumatel and web africa but their service is very bad.
