Bad service

I was a client of them for 3 plus years, all went well until i needed to cancel my service with them. Its been 3 months with still them running a debit order where on 2 separate occasions 2 agents have confirmed that my services has been cancelled. If they don't want to help you they simply cut the chat on WhatsApp. Will never use them again as ISP
