Bad service

I'm currently having bad experience with webafrica as I signed up for wifi on the 20th of February 2024 with payment, but to my surprise I still have no wifi installed, I did several follow ups with the company but ended up being told to wait for someone from installations to call me, so three weeks down the line still nothing.
