Bad service

Hi guys. I have an issue with my wifi services as they are down and not working. It's been two weeks now with no wifi and when I called in to try clarify the issue, I was told that i didn't pay. I sent proof of payment but still my services are not working. Please rectify this issue with a matter of urgency or else I will have to terminate my contract with you guys. Thanks
