Bad service

I have never seen such bad service in my life. I logged a ticket on the 06/5,their 72hrs has far passed. The chat service is just useless. You when is the installation person coming alk they say its escalated. Yoh im taking business elsewhere. I paid for services that are nit rendered no ways. I am done.
