Bad service

Had a installion done 3 days ago now i am waiting 2 days already for activation everytime i phone in to ask whats happening they tell me they dont know i have to wait 30 to 40 minutes before some answers the phone but when i phone the sales department less than 5 minutes someone is on the line, they cant even tell me when my line will be activated i have 2 reference numbers ready but still no joy

Quick to take the customer money but can provide a service. This whatsapp communication method is the worst i dont even work for the company but i have to make the consultant aware of there policies staff needs to be trained really...
