Bad service 😔

Dreadful service! Do NOT use this company! I have been struggling to get my existing line moved to my new premises for the past 2 weeks now with absolutely NO cooperation from Webafrica! Both myself and my wife work from home and are reliant on internet daily. However, there is no way of communicating directly with anyone from Webafrica and the online chat support services have been useless. I have received so many different excuses from several different agents but nobody can figure out what they need to do!!!!! I have spent thousands on mobile data, not to mention the wasted hours trying to reach anyone who can assist. They are happy to take calls for SALES but can only offer support via their useless chat function. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Again, do NOT use this company for internet services - waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!
