BAD SERVICE

I'm writing this with too much anger in me. Webafrica promises it clients that they install fibre including router in 5 business day but I recently app**** online to have fibre installed in my residence. We have had the OT Installed for almost 2 weeks now, but still DO NOT HAVE FIBRE as we are waiting for a router. We have already been invoiced for the service I haven't received. The WhatsApp messaging service is pathetic. I regret why I chose the from the first place..
