Bad service

Very bad communication platform. This company does not have a line you can call and speak to a person. There is only a watts app line , Where every time you call, you chat to different agents and have to repeat your issue. Some of the agents are very rude and do not have customer care knowledge.

My line was never activated and my account was being debited. I asked for my account to get cancelled and this was only done 6 months later. My account was still debited. I was refunded the first 3 times I queried However, have not been refunded after that. Despite calling each time to advise the same and repeating myself with each agent. its been 2 months since they finally cancelled on their system although my line was not active from August last year. And the last agent(240226) advises I am not due for a refund. This being after the agent chatted to in Jan 2026 says they logged the refund. When i asked the agent I was chatting to today if she cannot review my previous message, the agent advises they cannot access previous chats. However, when a chat is ended, a message is sent to state different.
