BAD SERVICE

since loadshedding Friday my internet never came back. Their call center is a waste of time and their Live whatsapp chat is useless. Nobody gets back to you yet taking my money is not a problem. Their only working email address is not also not active any longer. How to do solve a problem with a company that you cant reach. Best is to pull their ******* unit out my wall and go with another company and block my debit order. THANKS FOR NOTHING besides costing me data. Worst service everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. They manage to take money from me and over charge 2 months in a row take more that 599 per month
