Bad service

My internet speed fluctuates between 10 and 50 intermittendly. I contacted Webafrica to resolve the matter. The advisor (Sfiso) treated my with zero respect. I requested a callback from management, no call yet and I still have the same issue. I would appreciate a call from management to discuss the matter.
