bad service

Web africa is really bad their is ***. they only debit account non stop, my line is closed from Telkom side due to non payment but i dont owe them anything they keep on telling me to reboot my router that does not and will never solve the problem, when i contact telkom they confirm my line is closed on their side. yeses
