Bad service

I am not happy with the service I am receiving from webafrica at first I installed the router that was 5 months ago that only worked for a week reason being we were given a router with someone else's name we then reported and paid for another one but webafrica didn't come to install instead they sent me a password and said my router was active when I called they then said they were coming to fix my old problem but yet they proceeded with my payment now the payment I have made when I try to connect I receive a message to say I need to pay another money, I've been trying to communicate with Webafrica it's a month now with 2 router problems that they not fixing when I call I'm being told I should hang up I will get a call back but never happens, when I chat I don't get help I'm now stuck with 2 router problems that I'm not getting any help but I have paid. I am honestly so outta of my mind I have tried every means but no help no follow up but streamline messages to remind me that I need to pay🥵😡😠
