Bad service and support and no communication from staff

The worst service I have ever got My internet has been down since the early part of the morning No tel number to contact support but rather you have to speak with a Bot Eventually when some1 does chat to you via WhatsApp it’s of no help if you ask for a call they simply say we cannot call You,if you ask for a number where you can call the same applies you cannot call only WhatsApp I have never experience this service from any service provider thus far as I write this I’m waiting the entire day hours for a person to help sort internet issue out.
