Bad service and support

My fiber line has been suspended without notice and debit order went of on the 1st of july 2024 and after calling, online support and WhatsApp and sending statement and pop. Still no problem solved just saying that the money is not reflecting in there bank acount. It is the 3rd of july still the same problem no internet yet they have my money.just getting nowhere with any body working at webafrica. The worst fiber isp provider experience yet. Would not prefer to anyone.
