Bad service and support

Webafrica has the worst service ever with their agents who aren’t doing their work those people literally don’t know what they are doing we cannot even speak to their manager what kind of a business that does not allow customers to speak to the manager , I paid my fibre last week till today it has not been reactivated, i want my refund and I want to cancel this sh**ty service of yours
