Bad service and operations from Webafrica

I've got this great deal from Webafrica just to discover that this is a company that just want your money and give no service I've got it now for about 3 months since I've received it it didn't work now I'm getting legal notices because of no payment how do I pay for something that doesn't work I reported the problem several times and even asked them to send out a technician and just to find out they don't have any technicians to assist what kind of company is this and how do they want the amount of R1300 to be payed for something I received but doesn't work I even told them to come and fetch the router and all the things that belongs to them the guy that phoned me was so rude I dropped the call. Just to say if you run your business like this you won't make it
