Bad service and not deliver what you paying

So it's still not working always excuses,and testing and settings change and call lock ,but still not fix ,and it's metro to that's too the problem and never webafrica,bit still u pay webafrica,speed is not what you pay for ,speed test reports I have an lot I pay for 250 up and 250 down and only get between 30 and 80 mdps so unprofessional the company between webafrica and metrofibre bad bad , PLEASE ALL TEST YOUR STUFF
