Bad service and no reply to simple questions

Staff are slow and have no idea what is going on, they don't answer specific questions and basically glaze over as if not asked. Was told I would be contacted within 24 hrs and guess what no contact! This is ridiculous and I will not be suggesting anyone use them. Get your act together!!
