Bad service and ****ming people.

I moved service provider to Webafrica, I paid R400.00 on the 18th March 2024, only for activation. I gave them S/N for my current router. Guy called Steve called me on the 20th of March, told me he will come on Saturday to come change router. Then on the 22nd got a call from Call center gave them S/N was told it will be activated. Be chat ting with their agents online they sending me to pillar to post. I called told them I want my my money. Agent dropped the call.
