Bad service and internet speed

I have been a client of webafrica for 6 years. On a 50/50 speed package at R729 per month. The internet speed is bad, I cant even watch dstv or a movie. Dont even try and chat in their WhatsApp line. Its a bot repeating the same options. I am looking for a new service provider
