Bad service and ineffective , inefficient service via whatsapp

Bad experience for moving home from JHB to Durban, informed them on time, failed to connect me with the 7 days. You speak on WhatsApp to a consultant that doesn't even help you, you wait for response on WhatsApp until you forget you were on WhatsApp, how can you want to help someone on technical issues via whatsapp. Pathetic service. Pathetic systems. I am still not even helped.
