Bad Service and Incompetence

Very bad service and complete incompetence. Wait on the call center for around 30min minimum while listening to a guy telling you to rather use their "super duper fast whatsapp service". This also takes around 25 hours just to get a response. So in short it's just impossible to get hold of web africa when you have an issue. The bad part is that I'm not even a customer yet, I'm still waiting (3 days) for my line to be activated. Apparently it's a billing issue, so web africa does not even want my money. This is a joke.
