Bad service and I want my refund back for the double pay

This company has got to the worse u have come across. Firstly their ways of communicating is via WhatsApp. We cannot call them. Their agents are by the worse a person will just end the chat. Or respond after a long time. My most recent one I paid via eft sent the payment. They still debited when I ask for refund the take me from pillar to post. I'm furious with them
