Bad service and hospitality from Vumatel and Webafrica

Webafrica is one of the worst ISP ever, I paid for service and they promised to do the installation but never pitched up. I was following up almost everyday but to no help. After a month I canceled my order and asked for my refund and now it's almost a month again without being refunded my money. Webafrica is working as a ISP for Vumatel and they said Vumatel is going to pay for refund but nothing was paid. Vumatel and Webafrica are the worst service providers you can only sign with them if you're ready to settle for apologies every now and then. All I want is my refund from Vumatel and Webafrica I have app**** for the service with another service provider and I got the service within 3days
