Bad service and faulse infio

i went onto the website and saw that it was displayed, Webafrica will cover installation and connection fees and it will be R550 per month special for 3 months and then the normal fee after that. My neighbor took out the package and paid R250 for the router and pro rata fee for the month. i took out the package 2 March but only received router and was only connected on 22nd March yet i am blled R499 for the connection fee. No installation was needed because the was a active ONT box. it is very unfair for the faulse info advertised now its my second day and i want to cancel and they advise a cancellation fee, for what there was liotterally no instatlltion done
