Bad service and connection

I have been a loyal customer since 2018. Paying R729 pm for an uncapped wifi line with 50/50 speed I cant stream anything then it lags. Going into their WhatsApp chat is just a useless painful experience as you have to keep on repeating the same questions. Can someone not a bot, from webafrica please call me to resolve my issue. ***
