Bad service and business practice

Very bad service and business practice. Cancelled my contract and sent the device back and they still deduct R2000 from my account for the device. There is no tel number but only a whatsupp nr and the people cant assist with anything. Still no refund and the device was sent on the 28Feb 2023 already. Spoke to 5 different people regarding this.
