Bad service and billing issue

There support has gone down the drain. I have a billing issue, send how many mails to the complaints and they just do not come back to you. All they do is force you to pay by suspending your account. Now a issue and the only way to try and get to support is the bod. Really what a bad move from someone that was great to someone that is going to be a hasbeen.
