Bad Service and ****

I have been active on Hellopeter for such a long time but I made such a terrible decision by not coming here before using this useless Webafrica. I signed up with it on 28 May 2025 till today never had internet connection, i received a call today from their agent he was so arrogant asking me "why I don't have connection", what the hell? I logged a fault and he ask me dt!! He said he will get back to me during the day it's already 10pm now... U know I even paid them for July but I haven't used their services for June eish eish I must cancel this and I know my refund I will have to fight them again.... Please don't fall into this ****...!!!
