BAD SERVICE

I have bad experience with WebAfrica I paid for fibre to be installed they never came to install when I follow up only to find out the reference number they provided was incorrect, with their poor service I have cancelled the order it’s been six weeks since I’ve been requesting for my refund all I get is that it has been escalated,I spoke to numerous customer service consultant no assistance,I get promises to be called back nothing I’m still waiting for feedback till today.
